At Forward Focus Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting, collaborative, and creative services that meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that every engagement is valuable and productive.

Service-Based Refund Policy

As a professional services firm offering consulting, creative, and collaborative solutions, our refund policy reflects the nature of the work we provide. Unlike physical products, our services involve time, expertise, and customized deliverables that cannot be "returned."

Deposits and Retainers

Initial Deposits:

  • Initial deposits or retainer fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced

  • Deposits secure your project timeline and our team's availability

  • If a project is cancelled before any work begins, deposits may be refundable at our discretion minus an administrative fee of 15%

Retainer Agreements:

  • Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable

  • Unused hours under retainer agreements may roll over to the following month if specified in your agreement

  • Retainer agreements require 30 days written notice for cancellation

Project-Based Services

Cancellation Before Project Start:

  • If you cancel a project before work begins, you may receive a refund minus a 15% administrative and scheduling fee

  • Requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of contract signing

Cancellation After Project Start:

  • Once work has begun on your project, fees are non-refundable

  • You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date

  • Any completed deliverables will be provided to you upon final payment

Mid-Project Changes:

  • Significant scope changes may require contract renegotiation

  • Completed work under the original scope is non-refundable

Consulting and Advisory Services

Hourly Consulting:

  • Hourly consulting services are billed for time spent and are non-refundable

  • We provide detailed time tracking and documentation for all billable hours

Advisory Packages:

  • Pre-paid advisory packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun

  • Unused sessions must be used within the timeframe specified in your agreement (typically 6-12 months)

Workshops and Training Sessions

Group Workshops:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund

  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before receive a 50% refund

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable

  • Participants may transfer their registration to another person with 48 hours notice

Custom Training:

  • Custom training programs are non-refundable once curriculum development begins

  • Rescheduling is permitted with 14 days notice (one time only)

Satisfaction Guarantee

While most services are non-refundable due to their nature, we stand behind the quality of our work:

Quality Commitment:

  • If you are dissatisfied with our services, we will work with you to address your concerns

  • We may offer revisions, additional consultation, or alternative solutions to ensure your satisfaction

  • We encourage open communication throughout the engagement to address issues promptly

Dispute Resolution:

  • We request that any concerns be raised during the project, not after completion

  • We will schedule a meeting to discuss your concerns and explore resolution options

  • Our goal is always to find a mutually satisfactory solution

Circumstances for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

Service Non-Delivery:

  • If Forward Focus Solutions fails to deliver agreed-upon services through no fault of the client

  • If we cancel a project or service engagement

  • If there is a significant delay caused by our team that impacts project viability

Force Majeure:

  • In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternative solutions

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion depending on the circumstances

Billing Errors:

  • If an error in billing occurs, we will promptly correct it and issue refunds if you were overcharged

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit in Writing: Send a detailed email to billing@forwardfocussolutions.com explaining your request and reason

  2. Include Documentation: Provide your contract or invoice number, project details, and any relevant correspondence

  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 5-7 business days

  4. Response: You will receive a written response regarding the status of your refund request

  5. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Services already rendered or completed

  • Third-party expenses incurred on your behalf (software licenses, stock images, contractor fees, etc.)

  • Rush or expedited service fees

  • Travel expenses for on-site consultations

  • Research and discovery work completed

  • Custom strategies, plans, or deliverables already provided

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Bank transfers

  • PayPal or other digital payment platforms

  • Checks (for established clients only)

Payment Schedules:

  • Projects are typically billed 50% upfront and 50% upon completion

  • Large projects may have milestone-based payment schedules

  • All invoices are due within 15 days of issue unless otherwise specified

Changes to This Policy

Forward Focus Solutions reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your service agreement will apply to that engagement.
